Yes — a 25% retainer is due at booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your session. All payments are processed through a secure client portal.
Florida weather is unpredictable, and I monitor forecasts closely leading up to your date. For outdoor sessions, we'll have a backup plan in place. Light rain can actually produce beautiful, moody images — but if conditions make photography unsafe or impractical, we'll reschedule at no additional charge.
Absolutely. My packages work well for ceremonies with up to around 20 guests. Larger gatherings may require a custom quote depending on logistics and coverage needs. Just let me know your plans during our inquiry call.
Yes, and I love it. I'm based in New Port Richey and serve all of Tampa Bay at no travel fee. For destinations beyond Tampa Bay — whether that's Miami, the Smoky Mountains, or somewhere overseas — reach out and we'll build a custom package that includes travel.
Within three weeks of your session, I'll send you a link to your private online gallery. From there you can download all images in full resolution, share the gallery with family and friends, and order prints directly through the gallery if you'd like.
